Information on ordering
How to order (choose from the following):
– Send us an email with your order and your preferred method of payment (see below). Depending on your desired method of payment, you will either directly receive the merchandise, an advance invoice, or information on the final amount due (by credit card) – see more below. If necessary, we will contact you by email for additional information.

– Print our order form (pdf) and send it to us by fax or mail. The rest is explained on the form.

– Send us a letter with your order and your preferred method of payment (see below) or give us a call. Depending on your desired method of payment, you will either directly receive the merchandise, an advance invoice, or information on the final amount due (by credit card) – see more below. If necessary, we will contact you for additional information.

Methods of payment (choose form the following):
– By credit card. We will inform you of the final amount incl. postage, taxes and transfer costs by email/fax/letter. You then send us the payment authorisation with your credit card information. When the amount has been successfully transfered from your credit card account, you will receive the ordered books by mail with an invoice for your records.
(Please never send us any credit card information by email, only by fax, telephone, or letter.)
or:
– From outside of Germany with a German bank account. We will send you an advance invoice and you transfer payment to our account.
Please ask us for our Bank account number, German bank code, IBAN, and BIC (swift-code).
or:
– From Europe (outside of Germany) per postal money order. We will send you an advance invoice (no bank charges!).
or:
– NEW! – as of 1 July 2003 – from countries with EURO-currency (outside of Germany) per bank money order using the IBAN and the BIC (no transfer charges): ask your bank. We will send you an advance invoice.
Please ask us for our Bank account number, German bank code, IBAN, and BIC (swift-code).
